Jury Comments - This quilt of public spaces sticks together in ways that excited us from the very onset of the review of these planning projects  We found this project to be extremely approachable and one which will be implemented. As a rich social and physical tapestry, this environmental response will, no doubt, serve to actively participate and nurture the activities of the surrounding milieu  The greatest strength of the project by far and what really allowed it to surpass the other master planning projects was the connection to sustainable aspects  The hydrology loop and the way that the handling of water is integrated right into the planning process just shows a tremendous amount of layering that is infused within the project rather than added to it as an afterthought.
