Information Central is an AIA help service that directs people quickly and efficiently to the staff members and information they need.  You can reach Information Central by phone at 800.AIA.3837, e-mail, or online.  Online, you may submit questions at your convenience, and track the status of your inquiries with individual tracking numbers. Once your questions have been submitted, they will be routed to the appropriate AIA staff members, and you will receive responses quickly.

Information Central Online is easily accessible anytime.
