Jury Comments - A very strong submission on multiple levels. The quality of thought that went into the design solution, the clarity of thinking and planning and the presentation was excellent. From the urban analysis to the site design, carrying through the project details, this submission was very well resolved and very deserving of an award. The building section says it all.
