Jury Comments
- This was a really strong urban project and the program was provocative. The way the representation integrated the design activity into the detailed representation of the street through photo collages was very effective. It also had some nice spatial qualities. It was both a comprehensive presentation as well as a comprehensive design proposal. It was very well thought through. The integration to the site was probably the most compelling, but there is some very interesting sectional conditions and overlaps of program components that gave it a real richness. In particular in that rendering you can see the way in which it really engages the street in the context.
