Front Room Gallery
The front Gallery space at the entrance of the AIA Maryland chapter house is available for rental for small meetings, happy hours, meet and greets,  networking events, small workshops or board meetings with the use of a kitchenette and, optional use of the back porch and yard.  The Gallery has a large flat screen that may be used for presentations; wireless internet is also available. Some tables and seating is provided.  The Chapter House is ADA accessible with an ADA lift and ADA restroom available for use.

Small Conference Room
Our Conference Room is available for rental during business hours for short-term use, on a schedule and space available basis. Seating is available for 8-10 people to fit comfortably around our conference tables with additional chairs along the wall to accommodate a total of 15 people. At this time there is no A/V equipment available. There is a speaker phone for teleconferencing capability and wireless internet is available. Outside food and beverages may be brought in, however any trash and left over food must be removed by the renter and the room returned to its original condition. A kitchenette is available.

All events to be approved by AIA Maryland.
A $100 security deposit is required per each event.
Parking may be found in nearby municipal lots at an hourly rate.  City Garages are fully staffed and secure, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The closest garage is Noah Hillman Parking Garage located on 150 Gorman Street. Some 2-hour street parking is available on Maryland Avenue and the surrounding historic district at no cost and some are at metered spaces.
