The Center wins top prize for Public Building of the Year at Excellence in Design Awards Celebration

October 2, 2017, Annapolis, MD – The 2017 Excellence in Design Awards Celebration took place at Greencourt Innovation Center in Rockville last week. AIA Maryland members and others were recognized by a distinguished jury from AIA Portland for “an incredible body of work”. Joining the Milford, Delaware office, Cliff Mumford, P.E., brings several years of experience with surveying and engineering to DBF. Design Collective Selected to Replace Calvin M. Rodwell School

August 30, 2017 -  The Design Collective/Samaha Joint Venture was recently selected by Maryland Stadium Authority and Baltimore City Public Schools to provide design and construction administration services for the replacement of the existing Calvin M. Rodwell Elementary/Middle School built in 1978. The new school will be a 3-section, Pre-K-8 of approximately 108,000 square feet.
